Terms of Service

1. Services provided

Shoreline Pressure Washing, LLC provides pressure washing and exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• House washing
• Roof cleaning
• Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
• Patio and pool deck cleaning
• Paver restoration

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates and pricing

• All estimates are provided based on the information given at the time of the quote.
• Final pricing may adjust if additional work, challenges or conditions are discovered on arrival.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling and cancellations

• Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety concerns.
• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to the work area
• Remove fragile items, furniture or decorations as needed
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work zones
• Notify us of any pre-existing damage to surfaces or structures

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in the work area, or by pre-existing structural weakness.

5. Surface condition and results

• Pressure washing results may vary based on the age, material, stains or previous treatments of the surface.
• Some stains, such as rust, oil, irrigation and organic stains, may not come out completely.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from improper installation, loose materials or prior damage.

6. Payments

Payment is due on completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept standard payment methods, which we confirm with you when we quote the job.

Late payments may incur a fee.

7. Liability

Shoreline Pressure Washing, LLC is insured and operates with industry-standard safety practices. However:

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor structural integrity or hidden defects.
• We are not liable for damage to landscaping caused by overspray unless due to negligence.
• Customers agree to hold Shoreline Pressure Washing, LLC harmless from claims arising from unsafe conditions not disclosed before service.

8. Website use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute website content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt website functionality
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose

9. Warranty disclaimer

Services are performed to professional standards, but we do not guarantee results that are impossible due to material limitations, age or the nature of certain stains.
